DTPO 2.9.10 unexpectedly crashing every night

Subject says it all. I’m on Sierra 10.12.2

  1. Your OS is out of date. You should update to 10.12.3.
  2. We need more information than this. Please start a Support Ticket and include information about what you were doing at the time of the crash, as well as the crash report (found in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

ticket has been created. I wasn’t actually doing anything when it crashed. I wake up in the morning and I have an error message that the software unexpectedly crashed (apparently overnight).

It’s a random bug of 10.12.2/3, especially if multiple displays or accessibility options (e.g. increased contrast or reduced transparency) are used. Still trying to work around this.

Thanks. I don’t have either of those things turned on (multiple displays or accessibility options).

Does this only affect users with WebDAV enabled or all users? I purchased the product yesterday but if I can’t keep it accessible via the web 24x7 (like evernote) then the software really doesn’t fit my needs.

The issue is not related to the web server.
