I had three crashes today. Very unusual. But a big PITA because I can’t reference the information stored in the database. Can you help? I’ve attached crash reports in a zip file, because I cannot upload .crash files, and the system info.

It’s best to send the report, including crash reports, to Support. Let us know if you are unable to open the database and we will provide a procedure that will probably result in a workable restoration of the database.
If you can remember, describe what you were doing when the database crashed. Was it when a particular PDF or WebArchive document was displayed, for example?
