DTPO - sync via Dropbox

In the help for DTPO, it says : “If you are using a Dropbox sync and also the Dropbox application, it is advisable to exclude the DEVONthink Packet Sync folder inside the Apps folder from being synchronized with your Mac.” “Step 1: Click the Dropbox icon in the menubar, click the Action button (gear icon) and choose Preferences”

I cannot find Preferences. I attach screenshots, please help, thank you.

They are referring to the Dropbox Application. See captures.
