# DTPRO4: registration failed

I purchased the upgraded from DTPro3 (5 Seats), my MacBook is also listed in the device list (1st position), but every time I start DTPro4, the registration window appears.  
A new registration fails, my Macbook cannot be removed from the device list.

Whats happend and how to deal with?
