DTT Pro suddenly claims to be unregistered

Hi,

After purchasing devonthink pro for some months, I suddenly woke up one day with the app claiming unregistered.

There seemed to be some issues in the past like Buy now! - 27 days left, but I’m not sure what this issue is.

Also, is it possible to change affliation details in the license?
