I tried to use DTTG 3 and when it synched locally with my mac it reported 27 files had not synched it suggested they were corrupt or not a PDF whilst in reality they are PDF files and are synched on the previous version of DTTG how can I force it to try to resynch or move the files into DTTG3?
Where are you seeing a report of corrupt files?

Where are you seeing a report of corrupt files - in DEVONthink or DEVONthink To Go ?
I got some notifications and when i investigated the data bases they said on DTTG3 it was a corrupt file
