DTTG: Groups are not shown in hierarchic order

I have the following problem with one of my DB’s (dropbox sync):

My groups are not sorted hierarchic. All groups are flattened in a single list

I compared my settings with my other DB’s, but the settings are identical. As expected, the other DB’s sorted the DB’s hierachilly

What can I do to solve this problem?

DTTG version is 2.0.1
DTPO: 2.9.2

I am not sure what you are describing here. Are you saying subgroups are appearing at the same level as their parent groups? If so, please start a Support Ticket. Thanks.

I’m having the same issue, though syncing using Box. Is this a general issue perhaps? My database shows up with the proper hierarchy on the two computers I have it synced to, but DTTG doesn’t follow suit on either iPhone or iPad Pro.
