DTTG on iPad cannot connect to iTunes Store

I’m using the latest version of DTTG. I had downloaded a fresh copy from the iTunes Store, and I was going to restore my Sync Store, as I had done with on my iPhone. However, I’m unable to restore purchases to unlock the Pro Package, and there was a warning sign on the settings menu (which is now gone) that said it was unable to connect to the iTunes Store. I don’t know if this matters, but the account from which I bought DTTG is shared via family sharing on this iPad. But, the iPad is registered to a different account (within the same family). That hadn’t mattered in the past, though.

It’s an iTunes Store problem, not ours. It was unresponsive earlier today as well.

I still can’t get this to work. Does this continue to be a problem on their end?

It worked fine for me yesterday. In DEVONthink To Go 2 select Help > Contact Us to start a support ticket.
