It’s got worse since I contacted you. I can’t now get into DTTG 3 without paying when I’ve already pad. Because of this I can’t get at the Settings Subscription page but here’s the Console log from yesterday.
What I suggest is happening here is that those that chose the reduced price upgrade from DTTG2 to DTTG3 are being chucked out of DTTG3 anyway when the free trial period ends. Faulty program logic somewhere!
It’s not as simple as that - there must, at the very least, be other additional factors at play. It must be a frustrating experience though, and I’d be missing DTTG badly if I couldn’t get in. I’m pretty sure Eric feels the pressure too, and will be looking to sort this quickly.
Anybody who assists DEVONtech in locating a bug and finding a problem is doing every user of DT(TG) a service. So I’m sorry you’re having trouble, but I’m grateful you are working toward getting it solved thumbs pressed it happens quickly
Just to be clear, I took this option as I’d been a long time user of DTTG 2
If you have DEVONthink To Go 2.7.8 or later installed on your device, version 3 offers you a free intro period until the end of July, 2021, and thereafter a price-reduced one-time purchase for US $19.99.
is too simple; otherwise I wouldn’t be able to use DTTG3 any more, for example. It would seem there are other - additional - factors at play (different app stores? Different iOS languages? Different devices? I’ve not got a clue).

Thanks!
… and I’m trying to say I appreciate how you and others who are affected are staying calm, friendly and to the point That’s the way to get things solved
(and I’m envious of your M1 iMac, especially sitting at my noticeably too slow Intel MacBook…)
Thank you so much for digging into this. From your Console.log I wanted to suggest just that: see if there is any evidence of the purchase. The log says that the intro expired but no other purchase was found. But, of course, it could still be a faulty logic on DEVONthink To Go’s side.
I’m glad that you were able to track it down and I hope that DEVONthink To Go will continue to be useful for you!

That’s just a proof that you downloaded the app (as it’s free). Do you have a proof that you actually purchased an in-app purchase or do you find an active subscription under Subscriptions?
