DTTG3 Family Sharing Not Working

I opened a support ticket here but haven’t heard back yet, so I am posting here for some help.

So, I got DEVONthink To Go 3 a while ago and have been using it on my iPad and iPhone with no problem. Recently, I tried to install it on my wife’s iPad, through my family sharing (on her iPad: App Store->Apps->Family->my account->DTTG3->download). But it asks for purchase to use it, as shown in the attached screenshot. Retry/Restore doesn’t do anything. How can I get it working on her device? Please help. Thank you.
