A changelog for Devonagent mentions compatibility with a plugin for DuckDuckGo, but I can’t find one anywhere.
Is it available, or is it something I have to create?

Not sure what that means, but I take it as RTFM and make your own. I just assumed there was a premade one from the comment in the changelog.

That is a premade plugin.
With DEVONagent Pro frontmost, click in the Menubar on Help, then on Support Assistant, then on Install Extras. Install the plugin.
