My workflow tries to implement tagging certain files when they hit my inbox. However, if I move a file into my main database and then tag it I end up with two sets of that tag - on in the inbox and one for the database. I have unify tags set to ‘on’, why would there be separate instances of the same tag? TIA.
Because each database is independent and has its own set of tags.
I make sure to move the file, before assigning tags
I suspect your order is reversed
You’re tagging the file (Inbox)
then moving into your main database
