Hi. I’m running macOS 10.15.1, DTPO 2.11.3, and ExactScan 19.11.11.
ExactScan Pro is doing the OCR and works very well. At the end of the scanning the file is sent to DTPO where it appears in Inbox. I, too, had been receiving the
“The operation couldn’t be completed. Bad CPU type in executable”
error. Based on BlueFrog’s input, I went to DTPO Preferences>OCR>Incoming Scans and unchecked the box in front of Convert to Searchable PDF. That setting change has eliminated the error.
