In the past when I saved out e-mail to database I would be able to click on addresses within e-mail to create new e-mail. No longer. I’ve tried various ways of saving messages—from menu bar; drag and drop to database; saved to desktop, then drag and drop—but none works. Any ideas? Thanks.
You have to switch to the text view, you can send a request to support@devon-technologies.com if you’d like this to be the default view.
And there’s another approach that works: With the Mail message selected in the list view, choose Data > Open With and choose your email client, or click on the Open Externally icon in your Toolbar.
