Is it normal that once you move a file or folder to trash from the EasyFind window, the option to restore from the trash is not available in Catalina?

The Finder uses its own mechanism and recordkeeping, so the restore behavior is specific to it.
EasyFind uses Apple’s APIs, not the Finder to put files in the trash.

So what is your recommendation, when you move a file to the trash via EasyFind, and you want to recover it, do you have to write down the original path in advance so that you can move the file back in place manually, or is there another way ?
You could reveal the file and do the deletion in the Finder instead.
