searching for *pdf within only filenames should show all PDFs of the searched folder or volume; however, all files containing PDF anywhere in the filename are shown.
While *pdf delivers file names, *.pdf does not, even though there are many PDF-Files in the folder.
Am I misunderstanding how wildcards are supposed to work, or do they simply not work?
