Is there a way/process that I can make notes directly on an imported PDF file? An example is if I import a medical form as a PDF?

Apple’s PDFKit doesn’t yet allow editing of PDF files within DT Pro.

Adobe Acrobat, PDFPen, Preview and Create are all capable of external editing of PDF forms, although in different ways.
