Eek: missing files

I am a relatively new user of DT, and I just encountered a big problem: a number of files in my main database come up with “file missing” messages. The thumbnails are still there, so the program has some memory of the files, but I just get the error message.

Perhaps not coincidentally, I just installed the updated version of the software. Help, please?

It would be best (if you haven’t already done so) to refer this as a Support ticket request, as we will need to ask some questions to define what’s happened, then suggest an approach to recover your information.
