Ich arbeite täglich und sehr gerne mit DTPO (neuste Version). Frage: Wenn ich ein EMail in den Sorter ziehe, wird der Vorgang wohl akkustisch bestätigt, das Mail ist aber in keiner Inbox zu finden.

Nein, kein Kommentar in der Konsole. Mit jeder anderen Datei klappt es, nur mit Mails direkt aus der Mail-Applikation geht’s nicht.
Ich habe bemerkt, dass es nur funktioniert, wenn ich den Text (Body) des Mails in den Sorter lege. Wenn ich das Mail aus der Liste in den Sorter ziehe, klappt es nicht.
Was passiert wenn Sie den Mail an die Schreibtisch ziehen?
Wenn ich ein Mail auf den Desktop ziehe, erscheint zwar das bekannte Pluszeichen nicht. Aber das Mail wird problemlos auf den Desktop kopiert.

I have no idea why it wouldn’t work in the Sorter if it works in the Finder, but the Mac is always full of surprises.
You can try to use a tool such as Onyx to clean your system, especially the Launch Services database. You can try to remove the preferences of the Sorter in your home folder > Library > Preferences > com.devon-technologies.think-sorter.plist. You can also try to download the full disk image from our website and reinstall our software (if you updated the program through the internal update checker). In all these cases, you will have to quite the Sorter manually first.
