New user and trying to get the eMail archive featurw working, I am uing High Sierra on an APFS drive, what am i doing wrong?
Can you give us more to go on? What happens when you try, and what exactly are you doing to get the archive feature… what Devon product are you using (Pro, Pro office,…)?
Do you use the latest version 2.9.16 of DEVONthink Pro Office? Did you try to (re-) install the plugin for Apple Mail via DEVONthink Pro Office > Install Add-ons?
I was using the wrong trial version, i installed DTPO and its now working like a charm… I am hooked
