Prior versions of Devonthink were great for backing up my Outlook email. But I’m really struggling for an efficient way to do it since 3.0. The new importer takes hours to run and is painfully slow when I try to view the contents of an imported folder. Thoughts/suggestions?

- How large a mailbox are you dealing with?
- Have you enabled Full Disk Access and allowed all Automation requests for DEVONthink in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy?
The mailbox is many GBs. And yes, I’ve enabled full disk access for DT.
- Did you allow Automation requests as well?
- And how many emails are you talking about?
