Hi,
I have an email in my DEVONthink inbox that I cannot do anything with. Every time I try to move it, delete it, convert it to rich text, or anything else, DEVONthink freezes and shows the beachball until I force quit. It’s driving me mad. When I force quit, it gives me the attached crash log.
Please help as this is quite worrying. It’s an important email too so I would really like to be able to file it.
For some reason I am not able to attach the crash log to the post and it is too big to include within the post itself.

To delete a document that cannot be displayed without a crash, switch to a view mode that doesn’t display the document when selected, such as the Icon view.
Thanks Bill. I was able to file the email using the icon view. It’s still strange though. Displaying the email doesn’t cause a crash but then any other operation hangs.
The email is freezing Mac OS X’s Quick Look & WebKit. Which version of Mac OS X, DEVONthink Pro and Safari do you use?
