Hi there, hope you all have had a good start in 2020!
My problem is that my mails - that i’ve draged and dropped in DT are not displayed (the text and attachments).
If i open them up (shift+cmd+o) they are proper displayed in the apple Mail App.
Before macOS catalina the mails where displayed proper on DT2.x.
After installing catalina there content of the mails where not displayed anymore in DT2.
After downloading the trial of DT3 the mails displayed again with all the content.
(Mainly) Therefor i’ve upgraded to DT3.
Now they’re again aren’t displayed/previewed and i have to open them with apple mail.
The way i’ve importer them was saving them from apple mail to the desktop (shift+cmd+s) and then dragging them into DT.
I’ve recognised that if i drag and drop them directly to DT3 it works (all content is displayed).
But how do manage to see all my older mails -that are stored in DT?
Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem?
