  • What OS and version of DEVONthink?
  • Does the behavior persist after quitting and relaunching DEVONthink?

Installed 15.7.1 (latest version available for me), still no show for the scanner(s)

It’s a Brother issue then.

Fujitsu in my case Jim (IX-500). I didn’t expect Image Capture to be very compatible with it or the Epson V700…

Ahh… Ricoh (Fujitsu) doesn’t allow us to control their scanners (nor Apple’s app). You have to use their ScanSnap Home app.
