Encrypted Database - File Errors

Received this error message when starting DevonThink - version 3, beta 5

Initial Verification: [databasename]
Found 4 major file errors. Please restore the last backup or rebuild the database and verify the contents afterwards!
Rebuild or Ignore

I can see that at least one folder in the database has missing files.

This is an encrypted database. No crash occurred. No force close occurred. Any ideas?

Did you do the Rebuild?

Yes. I selected rebuild, although not sure it did anything. I still get the same original error every time this database is opened.
