Entered old license key, now trial is locked

Hi, first time poster: I’m using the DT trial, with 60-ish hours left. I entered my old v2x license code, as I thought it might take me to an upgrade page, but instead the app is now completely locked.

When I launch, almost every menu item is greyed out, and my database doesn’t open. On launch, I get the window to enter my license, and that’s it.

Is there any way to get my trial back?

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.

Removing your license key might work.
