ERROR: Encryption key not available

Just today my databases refuse to sync on my iPad (but continue to sync on my iPhone and two Macs). The message in the log says “INFO: DevonThink (Encryption key not available)”

Do I need to uninstall the app and start over again to get this working? I see no place to re-add the encryption key. And I have made no changes anywhere to any setups to any databases in months.

In DEVONthink To Go 2’s Settings > Sync : Edit Locations, press the Edit link and touch the Sync location. Just re-enter the same key again (in both places) and press Save.
Let me know if this doesn’t resolve the issue.
