Is my understanding correct that Devon think to go is the IOS product that works with Devon Think?
How can I get it to share the data?

Yes, DEVONthink To Go is our iOS application.
Not to be pedantic, but you don’t share data between DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go. Sharing is a specific action for sending a file or small group of files between two parties. You sync our databases via our built-in sync engine.
