My database has a folder structure where folders are named by Process, and there are sub-folders such as Drawings, Photos, CAD etc,
Each file in these different folders and subfolders is tagged with a specific company name.
When I export the database for uploading to Sharepoint, I export the folder structure, but Sharepoint does not carry over any tags.
In some cases I would like to export the folder structure specifically by one Company tag only.
If I uncheck the “Exclude groups from tagging” I think it may help me do this.
My main question is before I play around with this - can I uncheck and recheck this box without any risk to the database?
i.e. once “unchecked” does it do any permanent changes?
Database is 14 GB, 6M words, 124k unique.
