Excluding Tag Groups in a Smart Group

I use a simple global Smart Group to list groups that I’ve used on a given day as quick reference. The rule is the following:

Unfortunately it also lists groups of tags that were modified during day as well which I would like to exclude. How would I do this ? Unfortunately location is not a variable that can be used in the rule (or I could search for tag in the location).

Ah yes - a nice example of using a 2nd level rule to refine the result.

And in this case, it’s required as only one Kind can be specified per level.
