Export for Publication on Paper

Hello,

my Devonthink library has roughly 3,000 rich text files and i would like to export the majority of the work to print out for a hard copy.

Does anyone here know of a program that might work well with DT for this purpose. Something that will keep formatting and images with the rtf’s in DT but allows some sort of control over formatting, such as squeezing as many articles together as possible?

Any tips on programs that link up well with DT would be great.

You could merge the documents (see Data > Merge), e.g. into one document or into chapters. Then export the result(s) (via File > Export > as Files & Folders…) and then use any text processor to postprocess the file(s).
