"Failed" to add PDF to database

I just downloaded 4 PDF eBooks from a website that I’m a member of, then attempted to add them to my database in DTP3. 3 of the 4 eBooks show up, but the 4th shows “failed” in the log. I tried doing the same thing in DTPO, with the same database also got the same “failed” message. I can open the PDF just fine in Preview and PDF Pen.

Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket. Attach the problematic PDF so we can test it here. Thanks.

Done. Email with the failing PDF is on it’s way.
