I the Favorites or Reading List functionality available on DTTG?
If not can you add it sometime?
I guess I can use tags as an alternative/workaround
Uploading the smart folders would be a helpful feature too.

There are Favorites in DEVONthink To Go but no, they do not sync between devices.
The Reading List and local smart groups are not available in DEVONthink To Go but planned for somd release in the future.
