Brilliant! Out of curiosity, why the checkbox for that particular Focus shift and not the others?
Because you can either use keyboard navigation in the Sidebar or not. It’s not an option in the others, e.g, the View (item list).
While we take no responsibility for other peoples’ apps, there is Ergonis’ KeyCue and this similarly named KeyCu.
For some reason I thought I had that enabled because I’ve keyboarded up and down my sidebar list before. But clearly did not. As for KeyCue, I just downloaded that earlier today to check it out. However, it does not detect shortcuts, as far as I can tell. The app ShortcutDetective used to do that but it is abandoned and no longer works, just crashes. When it used to work, it was handy. Anyway, thanks!
I’m not sure what you’re expecting by “detecting”.
When ShortcutDetective worked, you launched it and put in a keyboard shortcut, then it told you which app was using it. It’s the only app I’ve ever known to have that functionality.
Ahh… gotcha. Nope, there’s no global resource like that now.
Irradiated Software… not even sure if the doors are unlocked still. The copyright is updated but the site has looked the same for many, may years.
