As it seems not possible to assign a Keyboard Shortcut to selected “Apply Rule” context menu (I assume it could be possible to Tools->Apply Rules->RuleName but then we need one keyboard shortcut for each rule), I think it could be interesting have a tiny “run” button in the Rule Name, or if that seems difficult to implement, a keyboard shortcut that will apply the selected smart rule instead of right click and select “Apply Rule”.
