# Few basics: How do you batch add images from camera roll to a note?

Few basics: How do you batch add images from camera roll to a note?

Right now it seems like a one off process. Want to add a few images to your note…ok…

New item \> Media \> Existing photo \> select image - WHAT - image added but no way to select more than one image. Want 6 images, then go through that process 5 more times. Please tell me I am wrong, I am missing something…

Launch the photos app in select mode  
Select photos  
Select the share box, and send to Devonthink

Warning, this creates separate DT notes (one per image) in an Inbox

Right…discovered that…select 6 images and you have 6 notes one for each image sitting in an inbox. Not great.

What I am used to would be to select 6 photos, and w/the export function you have the ability to create a new folder to store the selected images (of in DTTG case, a single note where you can select the destination (not an inbox you can you go back to DT to then organize later)

This solution isn’t great… it actually creates more work and makes life more messy when the objective is less work, less messy.
