Attempting to index a large number of files. DEVONthink counts 440,000 items. First run took 4 days. The DT then said the database was corrupt. Running the fix failed. I then started the rebuild. The backup took about an hour (fast). It is now 2 days into the rebuild. The DT icon shows the red bar progression. The DT application is not accessable (pinwheel). How long should this take? Is 440k items too many? Is there a way to speed it up?

A maximum of 250,000 items per database is suggested.
Why are you indexing that many items, especially all at once?
