Hello. On my iPad, I imported a PDF into DTTG2. The database it was imported into uses shallow syncing. I then synced this database with my laptop’s DTPO database. On my laptop, the PDF does not display, but the preview pane says “File Not Yet Available”. And when I click “Download” nothing happens. Any ideas?
What kind of sync location do you use?
This was with WebDAV, which I have installed on a Synology NAS.
Did you uncheck Synchronize contents of indexed items for the WebDAV location?
