In sorter I’ve got one inbox for every database. In one of the inboxes there are 12 files that seems to be stuck. Opening the database doesn’t empty the inbox.
I’ve searched for the files in ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2 and ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Sorter.
What happens if you do a contextual click on that box and select “Open Group”? What do you see in the Console (Application > Utilities > Console.app) when you select the Action menu item “Send to DEVONthink”?

It won’t help you with this version. Can you zip that file that I asked you to change the permissions on and send it to support@devon-technologies.com?
