Filtering group with Markdown items to show only those that have not been transcluded?

Hi,

for certain types of Markdown documents, I have a workflow where I manually copy their transclusion link and paste it into another document to create a combined summary.

I’d like to be able to do a couple of things:

  • Display only those Markdown documents, of which the item link (as a transclusion link) has not yet been added to any other document
  • NOT need to tag items manually after adding their transclusion link to other documents

An intuitive approach might have been to filter by Item → Is Transcluded. However, this property is currently not available.

Is there some other way to achieve the above?

Tranclusion is not a detectable (item) link type and no there is nothing built-in to accomplish this. Development would have to assess the feasibility and broader appeal of this request.
