Is there a way to get a smart rule to fire when I use “Save PDF to DEVONthink 3” from a Print dialog like the one below?

Smart rules aren’t handled in print dialogs.
You need to set up the smart rule in DEVONthink pointing at a specific location with an appropriate event trigger, e.g., …
When I print a PDF into the Global Inbox, DEVONthink beeps.
And notice I’m only processing PDFs created within the hour, not just whatever PDFs happen to already exist there.
