I bought DTPro because I need to scan but I need to scan books and pads, The scanner recomended is the Fijitsu which doesn’t scan books. Which scanner can I use with DTPro that will allow me to scan books? I don’t want to go and buy a scanner just to fiind out I can’t use it.

A prudent approach. :slight_smile:

I love my ScanSnap, but it’s strictly for unbound copy that can be placed into the sheet feeder.

I’ve also got a CanoScan LIDE 500F that I use for scanning book and journal pages. It also works well for me, though I’m sure it’s not the fastest flatbed around.

I suspect there are a number of flatbed scanners that would suit your needs. You might check out other user’s experiences with various brands and models.

Any owners of flatbed scanners used with DTPO who would like to express an opinion?
