I had been having trouble with a free upgrade to DT Pro Office 3x. This is because I had misremembered a message reporting a new version of DT. It was an upgrade to DA Pro 3x.
I found the original message (dated around July 15, 2011):
“You have purchased a 1-seat license for DEVONagent 2.x or or after Jan 1, 2009, and so you are eligible for a free upgrade to DEVONagent Pro 3.0. Even though version 3.0 final is not yet available we are already sending you your free upgrade so that you are prepared as soon as we are releasing the final version — which will be very, very soon.
Your free DEVONagent Pro 3.0 license code”
The message contains a license code with a link. The link no longer works, but I still have the complete license code. How do I get the free upgrade to DA Pro 3 that I was promised? Do I download a trial version, then put in the license code once the 60 hours are used, or is there a more direct way to do this?
