When I use DEVONthink To Go 4, I get logged out after a while and have to sign in again with my DEVONthink Pro license. Sometimes sync is available, but sometimes it’s grayed out.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Can you estimate how long before you’re logged out?
Hmm, a few hours, maybe. Then it says I’m logged in and the license is activated, but something still feels off—I can’t quite put my finger on it.
The sync also feels weird. I have quite a bit that claims to be unsynced even though it’s finished and thinks it’s done. The file counts and unread status don’t match between the Mac and the iPhone either.
I should mention that I (and probably others) had the grayed-out-sync issue in DEVONthink To Go 3 yesterday (we e-mailed about it). I thought it was fixed, but no.
I’m definitely no expert on the To Go version; I’ve only used it sporadically, so I can’t say how it’s supposed to behave when it works properly. I do plan to start using version 4 more than version 3, though.
Often when I restart the app, I get the “free to use” message, after which the databases are grayed out and can’t be tapped.
Open DEVONthink To Go’s Settings > About and tap Contact Us to open a support ticket.
