I’ve read everything I can find in the forum about getting my emails from the Apple mail app into DT3 and still don’t understand what I need to do to accomplish this. Could someone please explain to me the most usual way to do this? Thanks so much.

Did you read the Help > Documentation > In & Out > Archiving Email?
Also note you must be running the Pro or Server edition of DEVONthink.

I’m still having difficulty, I’m afraid. I can’t tell whether the Apple mail plugin is installed or not. The add ons window says yes and the log (from a few minutes ago) says no.
Did you enable the plug-in in Apple Mail’s Preferences > General > Manage Plug-Ins?
