My global inbox currently has zero files in it but the inbox database w/in application support is over 20 gbs. most of which is w/in files.noindex. is that normal? i guess i imagine it could contain docs for other databases although that wouldn’t be intuitive to me.
The Global Inbox doesn’t contain files for other databases. Start a support ticket and send a screencap of DEVONthink as well as the /Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2 folder in the Finder. Thanks.
