Global Inbox not syncing on iPhone X

I have Devonthink set up on my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro 12.9, iPad Pro 10.5, and iPhone X. All my databases sync as they should on all devices EXCEPT the Global Inbox on the iPhone. On the iPhone the spinner spins but nothing syncs out or in. I have deleted and reinstalled the app which did not help. Any suggestions?

On the iPhone X, in DEVONthink To Go, select Help > Contact Us to start a support ticket.
