Why do I sometimes see a download like that is greyed out and not clickable? I am definitely connected to the internet via high speed wifi. Sample below.

Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, touch it and tell me what it reports.

Are you indexing files in DEVONthink on the Mac?
- If so, are you synhcronizing the contents of indexed items?
