Group colour changes in DT4

Hi,
I have just upgraded to DT4 and am perplexed to find all of my group background colours have been changed to a coloured dot at the end of the group. (images attached)

Please can you tell me where I can change these back to how they were in DT3?

There used to be an option for appearance in DT3 settings but this has disappeared or moved.

That’s crazy, I swear blind the appearance tab wasn’t there when I first upgraded. I spent about an hour looking for it! It is certainly there now though so thank you Jim
