Has PDF been OCR'd?

Is there any way that I can determine using a Smart Rule, if a PDF document has been OCR’d to Searchable (PDF + Text)? I don’t see any obvious way to do so after poking around.

Smart! I just attempted Contents “does not” contain “e”, but quickly realized that DT3 doesn’t have “does not” for Contents.

Anyway, a good author could jot down yarns without using said linguistic form, so your instruction would miss brilliant PDFs!
